Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our app, you can request account deletion using the method below.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

  • Your personal data (name, email) will be permanently deleted
  • Your test history, results, and performance data will be removed
  • You will no longer be able to access your account
  • This action cannot be undone

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, please send an email request from your registered email address.

  • Subject: Delete My Account
  • Include your registered email ID

Processing Time

Your request will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Important Note

Make sure you send the request from your registered email address. This is required for verification and security purposes.
